Honest answer: our Forest Park clinic does not currently have on-site X-ray. What we do have is everything around it — clinical examination to assess whether imaging is truly needed (many sprains don't need one), professional splinting and immobilization, same-day referral orders to nearby imaging centers, and review of your results with a treatment plan.
For suspected fractures, we stabilize the injury, send you with an imaging order to a nearby facility (typically same-day availability), and manage your follow-up care.
Obvious deformity, bone through skin, or severe trauma should go directly to the ER.
