For adults, most fevers under 102°F ride out safely at home with fluids and rest. Come in when fever exceeds 103°F, persists beyond three days, or arrives with a stiff neck, rash, severe headache, painful urination, or shortness of breath.

For children: ANY fever of 100.4°F+ in a baby under 3 months needs immediate medical evaluation — go now, don't wait. For older infants and kids, behavior matters more than the number: lethargy, refusal to drink, or inconsolability warrants a visit regardless of the reading.

We treat fevers in all ages, with on-site testing for flu, strep, COVID, RSV, and urinary infections to find the cause — not just mask it.
