Questions patients ask about Medical Letters & Forms (LOMN)
Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
Of course — we're a family clinic. Children are welcome to accompany you, and we treat patients of all ages too.
Do you treat infants and toddlers?
Yes — we see children of all ages, including infants. The exception: any baby under 3 months with a fever should go directly to a pediatric ER.
Can someone else pick up my prescription?
Yes — prescriptions go electronically to your pharmacy, and pharmacy pickup rules (not ours) govern who can collect them. Most pharmacies allow family pickup for non-controlled medications.
What symptoms should you go to urgent care for?
Go to urgent care for fever, sore throat, cough, ear pain, urinary symptoms, rashes, vomiting or diarrhea, sprains, minor cuts, and minor burns — anything uncomfortable but not life-threatening. Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs, or severe bleeding belong in the ER.
